Any registered users on Prime Practice can refer a friend, regardless of your role in the dental community.

Once your friend has completed an order via your referral link/ referral code, you will be rewarded a 20% off coupon code for each new customer you refer. With this coupon code, you can get 20% off all the products at Prime Practice Shop with a new order. (i.e. You cannot get cash back for a past order. You cannot apply this discount on your next recurring payment.). This coupon applies to all the eligible items in the cart. If you sign up for a subscription, the 20% discount only applies to the first payment.

Yes. Both the referral link and referral code are unique to your account. When the referral is completed, the reward will be tied to your account.

Yes. It is free for everyone to register. You do not have any commitment to make purchase or to refer. Certainly, if you are satisfied with our service and solution, it would be an honor and privilege to be referred and trusted.

Please try to log in with the email address and password you believe to be registered with us. If an incorrect password message appears, please click forget password and reset password. If our system does not recognise your email address, it means you do not have an account with us.

You can share either your referral link or your referral code with your friends.

If you don’t have any particular products in mind to share with your friends, you can visit ‘My Account’, then select ‘Refer A Friend’

Then you will see your referral URL and your referral code. There are a number of ways to share with your friends – Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Pinterest and email.

If you have a specific product you would like to refer to your friends, you can visit our Shop, find the product and click on REFER A FRIEND tab. From there you can also share via different social channels or email.

Yes, absolutely! If your friend has not purchased anything in Prime Practice Shop (even though he may have registered an account), they will be entitled to 20% off for all eligible items in the cart.

There’s no limitation of the number of coupons you can receive from successful referrals. You will be rewarded for each successful referral. 

There are a few criteria for this referral program:

1. Your friend is a new customer to Prime Practice.
2. Your friend makes the first order via your referral link/ used your referral code.
3. The order is a complete order, not pending or other status.

When these conditions are met, your coupon reward should arrive at your account straight away. You will also get an email notification for the coupon reward.

You will receive an email notification with the coupon code reward.

Alternatively, you can login to the Shop and click ‘My Account’, then click ‘Refer A Friend’. You will find ‘Track Your Invites’ section at the bottom of the page.

Unfortunately only one reward coupon can be used at checkout at a time. Reward coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons. For example, if you have two reward coupons, you can use ‘coupon A’ for the first order and ‘coupon B’ for the second order.

Yes. Once rewarded with a coupon, it will expire in 90 days.

Referral link and code are applicable to new customers only. In other words, if user sends referral link to another user that is registered on our website and has at least one order, referral link and code will not work for them.

You can get 20% off for your first order with Prime Practice. The discount will be applied at checkout automatically if you complete the checkout via the referral link. Alternatively, if you are given a referral code, you can visit our website as usual and add the referral code as a promo code at checkout. You will receive 20% off all eligible items in the cart as well.

Referral code cannot be used in conjunction with the discount from referral link.

All the products at Prime Practice Shop are eligible for the 20% off discount for both referral and referee. However, the discount cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons. It should not apply to items on sale. It applies to all the qualifying items in cart. For subscription products with recurring payment, the discount will only be applicable to the first payment.
