A contract of employment may be required in a number of different circumstances e.g. a new employee, a change of employment status or a change of role. The correct contract ensures you employ all staff correctly as well as ensure the practice is following all relevant legislation.

Our comprehensive contract of employment is for employees only (not contractors) and prepared for each individual employee covering full time, part time or casual employment. The contract is tailored to your specific role and circumstances within the practice. All our draft contracts have been developed and are regularly reviewed by employment relations experts.
