A reference check may provide a strong indicator, based on past performance, of how a candidate will respond to your role and practice.
It is important to have the candidate’s permission to contact the referee and that the referee is in a position to give you a proper assessment of the job applicant’s capabilities for the role within your practice.
We will complete two detailed reference checks on your preferred candidate, ensuring that the relevant questions to the role, candidate experience and skills are asked and recorded. Reference checks are usually completed after the interview and at the end of the recruitment process, when you have chosen your final candidate.
A report will be provided for each reference check completed.
