You’ll receive an AUD$400 voucher to be used towards any Academy education – you might choose the Complete Program or an individual course.
This virtual version of the unique and world-class patient communication program Primespeak gives participants the necessary tools to build strong patient-clinician relationships whilst simultaneously enhancing case acceptance.
The communication skills learnt complement the teachings of our Associate Dentist Academy Complete Program and build on the fundamental concepts discussed in Primespeak Lite that may have been completed as part of this.

Your Virtual Primespeak (Academy) will grant you access to the full Virtual Primespeak course and will award you with a degree of recognition within the dental profession.
Participants will learn the skills, techniques and strategies to build rapport and trust with this proven system while enhancing case acceptance. Primespeak has been delivered to practitioners globally and continues to be one of the strongest and most cost-effective forms of marketing any dentist can do. Primespeak enhances the overall patient experience. Through an increased patient experience and satisfaction, they will become your #1 advocate and referrer to their friends and family.
The Virtual Primespeak is a live online training that runs for three weeks and will be delivered online via Zoom with chats, polls and breakout rooms to enhance engagement and specially designed videos that you can watch at your own pace. This live online training gives the participants several opportunities to practice skills in smaller groups, where the facilitator can split the rooms with the perfect mix of dentists, hygienists, and team members.
* Each participant must complete the four modules in consecutive order over three weeks, including videos and quizzes, to gain access to CPD points and certificates. After completing the third virtual classroom, you have extended access to all training tools and resources for an additional two weeks.
You must attend all 3 virtual classrooms live; this program doesn’t offer a recording of the live sessions.
