In this exciting face-to-face team workshop, you will have the chance to meet with other team members from various practices, in similar roles to yours. Walk away from the workshop with inspiration and motivation to go from Good to Great, and take with you a jam-packed action list.
This workshop is specifically designed for teams to attend together, minimum numbers apply.
Note: This session is designed as team training, and we encourage you to bring as many of your team as you can. Please target a minimum of 3 attendees per practice. To encourage more team members, we are offering a group price for 5 or more attendees of $550+gst per person. When you select 5 or more tickets, the checkout cart will calculate the total at the discounted price.

Team Development Levels: Learn how to assess where your team currently rates and work with our training experts on how to move the team to the next level.

Communicating with patients of all kinds: By building on your personal style, learn how to communicate in a more assertive way that is more likely to get your key message across to patients. Learn more about the art of listening and asking the right type of questions.
