To take advantage of any discount code, you need to register online. Follow these instructions to apply your Promo code in the Shopping Cart.

  1. Enter your Promo code
  2. Click the Apply Promo code button
  3. After Promo code is applied successfully, click Proceed To Checkout to complete your purchase

  • Full Name
  • Practice Name
  • Unique Email Address
  • Workshop name and date
  • Invoice/Order number (if you have it)
