Ashgrove Dental is well known and respected for our team of friendly, highly qualified dentists and dental assistants. We treat our patients like they are part of our family and take dental health very seriously while offering a caring and holistic approach to dentistry and overall health. The practice has easy access and is located close to shops and public transport stops.
The role will focus initially on Reception with clinical tasks added at a later time. The Front Office Coordinator/Reception role is an integral member of the practice team and responsibilities will include providing excellent customer care and service to patients, along with all day-to-day reception requirements for the practice. A Certificate III in Dental Assisting is not required but will be highly regarded. You will need a minimum of 12 months experience within a dental practice or similar industry.
All candidates will have a warm, caring and compassionate approach to patients with excellent personal presentation. You will be friendly and reliable with a can-do attitude.
