Opportunity for an experienced endodontist to join a busy, growing group of family oriented dental practices, non-corporate, with an excellent existing patient base.
SmileCo understands the demands of today’s lifestyle and have focused on providing convenience to their patients in a relaxed atmosphere. The Practice delivers quality family dentistry and flexible appointment times.
Our 13-chair modern, well established practice in Norwood has a team that is professional and friendly, with an excellent relationship with all their patients. Our extensive team of 20 dentists, along with our support team, has a passion for dentistry and a commitment to learning and providing the best possible individual patient care.
The Endodontist role will receive in-house referrals from our team of dentists. You will be professional, friendly, sincere, open to working with a variety of people and have some Private Practice experience. A Service Agreement will be in place for this role.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build patient rapport and trust easily. Your manner will be welcoming and compassionate, willing to listen to patients to ensure optimum care is provided.
You will be confident and enthusiastic about high quality care, patient-focused and able to maintain accurate and detailed clinical records.

- A qualified Endodontist with current AHPRA registration and full insurances in order
- Clinically competent in your specialist area and a great team player
- A willingness to listen, learn and grow both professionally and personally
- Highly professional, able to adapt to change and be flexible when required
- Experience with Exact will be highly regarded.
