Support the professional, friendly team at this busy, privately owned practice, by utilising your exceptional reception skills.
We are a well-established modern surgery located in the outskirts of Newcastle, close to the M1 with plenty of parking. We have three surgeries and a skilled and highly trained friendly team of dental professionals using state of the art equipment and procedures.
We are proud to have a great working environment for our team, which enables us to work efficiently and strive for the best, which is reflected in our high levels of care towards our patients.
The role is full time across Monday to Friday with an occasional Saturday. Duties will include greeting and welcoming patients to the practice, all aspects of general patient administration, scheduling appointments, payment administration and completing general reception tasks. This is an integral role in the team as you will be the first and last person each patient sees when visiting our practice.
Ideally you will be an experienced receptionist, however all levels of experience will be considered. You will be passionate about providing the best possible care for our patients and be keen to learn and grow.

- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with patients
- Excellent time management and organisation skills, with attention to detail
- Caring and friendly, a fast learner
- Ideally have some reception experience with knowledge of Exact an advantage
