You will be an experienced and passionate sales professional, with extensive Medical Consumables Sales experience, based in Victoria and seeking to join a professional, friendly team.

Our product line spans across hospitals, dental, veterinary and industrial to agriculture and manufacturing, medical single-use supplies, as well as a comprehensive line of oral health care products. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, your new role is integral in identifying new opportunities and driving sales growth in Victoria. Armed with solid business development plans and key account management experience, you will strategically position our products to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
You will have a proven passion for identifying new opportunities (including experience in engaging directly with public and private hospitals), negotiating best outcomes and translating these to sales success. Ideally you will have experience selling medical consumables into the hospital or aged care segment.
Importantly you will thrive in working autonomously and in a collaborative environment, you will have a strong ability to influence others. You will have an expectation to develop your territory from scratch – make it your own!
The salary package includes a base salary, motor vehicle allowance and a very generous incentive scheme allowing you to increase your income substantially. You must have a reliable car and Australian driver’s licence.

- Seek, prioritise and target opportunities effectively, achieving sales and increasing market share for Victoria
- Actively implement and execute on sales force effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales training
- Utilising available sales analysis tools to assist in planning
- Developing relationships with and service key customer groups, identifying and utilising your key customer networks
- At least 2 years Medical Consumables Sales experience
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Outstanding communication and sales skills
- Confidence and experience to introduce new customers and sales within the first 6 months
- An expectation to sell/service and expand your area beyond the medical / healthcare segment
