The HR Solutions team is managed by Bethan Flood, an experienced HR professional, who has worked in the HR sector for more than 20 years throughout Australia and New Zealand.
 
Bethan has a wealth of experience, having worked with a wide variety of SMEs, in a diverse range of sectors, throughout her career. She has extensive knowledge of all areas of human resources, including contracts, policies and procedures, performance management, award interpretation, job descriptions, workers’ compensation and safety initiatives.
 
One of Bethan’s greatest strengths is mentoring and coaching new and experienced managers in all aspects of HR. She provides a confidential, consultative HR service to all Prime Practice HR Solutions’ clients, giving them the security of knowing that all their HR needs are covered. She has a thorough understanding of the Fair Work Act and its requirements, and will assist you to ensure that your business is fully compliant with all aspects of employment law. Bethan is DISC qualified and a certified member of the AHRI.
